Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We cannot accept returns on our sauces and food products. Clothing or other merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unworn, undamaged, and unused condition.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at orders@solsticehotsauce.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Issues and Damaged Product
If we made a mistake, we'll make it right! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We strive to pack our sauces to survive shipment, but sometimes the post office just has a bad day. If one of your bottles breaks during shipment, or any of your other products are damaged, please take a picture and send it to us as orders@solsticehotsauce.com along with your order number (hint - you can reply to your order confirmation!). We'll send a replacement out immediately!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and anything marked as Final Sale. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive your approved return, we will begin to process your refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
